It's easy! Just cook double (or more) of your dinner time protein and then follow these instructions to turn them into an easy lunch salad.
Wash all your greens and put as much as you want in a big airtight/watertight container. I like to cut mine up for easier eating later.
Add all your delicious bits and pieces.
Drizzle over the Dressing.
Put the lid on and gently shake up your salad.
Pop it in your bag with a fork and you're all set!
